Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and From People OÜ. By accessing or using Baby Notes, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Baby Notes.

"Baby Notes" means the Baby Notes mobile application, website, and related services. "From People OÜ", "we", "us", and "our" refer to From People OÜ. "You" means the person using Baby Notes or the organization on whose behalf the service is used.

Eligibility and Accounts

Baby Notes is intended for adults and caregivers who are legally able to enter into this agreement. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that anyone you invite to access child profiles or care data has permission to see and use that information.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the information, notes, photos, and other content you enter into Baby Notes. You give From People OÜ permission to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise use your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Baby Notes.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your content, including information about children and other caregivers.

Health and Safety

Baby Notes is a tracking and organization tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nursing, nutrition, emergency, or professional health advice. Do not rely on Baby Notes as your only source for health decisions.

Always contact a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use Baby Notes in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights;
• upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or privacy-invasive content;
• attempt to access another account, profile, system, or data without authorization;
• interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or compromise Baby Notes;
• sell, resell, or commercially exploit Baby Notes without our written permission;
• misrepresent your identity or relationship to a child, parent, guardian, caregiver, or organization.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some Baby Notes features may require payment. Prices, billing periods, trials, renewals, refunds, and cancellations may be managed by the app store or payment provider you use to purchase the service.

If you buy through Apple, Google, or another third-party provider, their payment terms and refund policies apply. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, and charges associated with your purchase.

Cancellation and Termination

You may stop using Baby Notes at any time. You may delete content or your account using available product controls or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate access to Baby Notes if you violate these terms, create risk for other users or the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued access would expose us or others to legal or security risk.

Intellectual Property

Baby Notes, including the software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by From People OÜ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Baby Notes for its intended purpose.

Service Changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Baby Notes from time to time. We will try to provide reasonable notice when a material change negatively affects your use of the service, but we may make urgent changes without notice for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Disclaimers

Baby Notes is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, From People OÜ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or use, arising from or related to Baby Notes or these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless From People OÜ from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of Baby Notes, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as through Baby Notes, by email, or by updating the effective date on this page. Your continued use of Baby Notes after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
